Apex Gilt publishes independent editorial notes about hotels at apexgilt.com. Rankings and copy are opinion grounded in public sources. The site is not a booking engine, travel agency checkout, gambling operator, payment processor, or investment advice service.

2. Acceptable use

You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial reference. Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, misrepresent our rankings as a paid endorsement, or use the content to imply we sell rooms or take wagers.

3. Accuracy

Hotels change rates, wings and policies often. Confirm rooms, fees and opening status with the property before you travel. See the Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, original text and our arrangement of the list belong to Apex Gilt. Hotel names, logos and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Liability

As far as Portuguese and applicable law allow, Apex Gilt is not liable for booking choices made after browsing this mood board, for third-party destinations you follow, or for short interruptions while Strip cards refresh.

6. Adults and gaming context
